The eligibility criteria for the employees will be based on past and present performance, technical knowledge, professionalism, period of service, designation, responsibility, a sense of belonging and such other traits as may deem fit and been inducted in to the organization.

In all, the Group has maintaining good number of staff well manned by different section heads like , Marketing, Coordinator , Service Manager AMC Manager etc., and overall managed by an Administrative Manager with a supporting staff.

The Company has got well qualified and few of them with an additional Qualification of CCNA Cisco Certification , Microsoft Certified system Engineer (MCSE) & Microsoft certified Professional(MCP) trained engineers lead by Service Manager qualified & Techno sales trained executives and councilors lead by Mktg. Manager Admin. Logistics, Accounts and other office supporting staff .
